FAULTY ITEMS

All Kyra Stone pieces are thoroughly quality checked but very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find.

Please note that wear and tear from everyday use will not be considered a fault.

Kyra Stone jewellery is delicate and must be handled carefully, please adhere to the care instructions accompanying the product.

If you find your pieces has a manufacturing fault Kyra Stone will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:

The product must have been purchased within 3 months of notification.

You must notify Kyra Stone by email info@kyrastone.com.au with:

A photograph of the item with a description of the fault

A "proof of purchase". Either the email confirmation from us or a bank statement.

Your name, address and contact

The Kyra Stone team will respond within two days on how to proceed

REPAIRS


Repairs to damaged jewellery is assessed by case and may incur a fee.
