Shipping policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within two business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Kyra Stone operates Monday to Friday with the exception of Australian Public Holidays.

Once your item has been dispatched we will notify you by email and provide a tracking number, which can be used to track your purchase online.

Australia

Kyra Stone offers free express shipping for all domestic orders over $150. Under $150 the cost of shipping is a flat fee of $10.

For our Australian customers, your order will be shipped via Express Post with next day delivery guaranteed (within the Australia Post network).

Outside of Australia

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post which allows tracking. Your order will be received within 5 – 10 business days depending on your location.

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which are applied by your local government and customs office, on imported goods. Any duties or taxes associated with the order are the responsibility of the recipient, and will need to be paid prior to the release of your order.

Please contact your local customs office directly for more information on taxes, duties and regulations. Please note that all prices and payments made on the Kyra Stone website are in Australian dollar currency.

Important

We are unable to redirect orders once item/s have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only.

We do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.

Orders are subject to stock availability. If items ordered through our online store are no longer available, or in the event we are unable to fulfill your order, Kyra Stone will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a full refund or an exchange for a suitable alternative

All products remain the property of Kyra Stone until goods are received and compliance tag/s have been removed.
